How to Join the Spital Bowls and Tennis Club
To join the club, fill out an application form which you can download «here». Send or take the completed form to the relevant section Secretary, whose name and address is on the application form, for processing, or call the telephone number shown for more information.
To use the online form you will need a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader which you can download from the Adobe site by clicking the logo to the left.
For renewal of membership, contact the relevant membership secretary, details below.
