Home

Home Page is the page loaded on a visit to the site and this can list a number of current items discussed in greater detail within the various other pages of the site!

General

A General News page, which as it's name suggests, has general topical information, and has links to the following options, in no particular order!

  • Hints & Tips, being General Hints & Tips as opposed to PC type hints etc.  These we've found useful over time.
  • Food & Drink contains some of my favourite recipes, gathered together from various places, and enjoyable!
  • Lighter Side is all about a range of jokey type items.
  • Photos section contains photos of landscapes and miscellaneous items.
  • Gardening has a few items including composting & links to other relevant sites.
  • Web Links has links to other web sites that you might find interesting and could be worth exploring! Ongoing updates.
PC & Techy News

This section contains Computer items along with other techy type things like digital cameras etc.

  • Hints & Tips section gives some useful info on PC related topics - well worth a visit!
  • Articles now houses the longer items which are really not H&T's but more detailed than the H&T's.
  • Useful Links contains the web addresses of sites that are considered useful with utility software and downloads etc.  If you need Anti-Virus software along with Firewalls then a visit is very worthwhile! You'll also find links to the useful utilities like WinZip & Acrobat reader and many other useful items.
Family (and Friends)

This Family section currently contains 'Family and Friends' related topics including Photos, Genealogy and various Articles relevant to the Wiseman family and is username and password protected for that reason.

Genealogy contains the Family Tree of the Wiseman family, a list of web addresses anyone thinking of compiling their family tree may find useful and some pointers as to what was involved in putting our family one together.

 

If you are a friend or family member and would like access to this area then please use the 'Contact Us' facility to request access.

Finally, if you feel so disposed, there's a Contact Us button so that you may send us an email! This will open up a form asking for your Name, email address and subject title and then a window for you to type your message in, so type away and press the send button in order for your message to wing it's way to us!

Lucas Aerospace (York Rd) - reunion site for interested persons!

This page created 11 December 2006 to see if there's any interest amongst employees, current and past, in re-establishing connections!

Just select Contact Us, mark subject line 'reunion' and see where we go from there. It's hoped if there's enough interest to establish a reunion meet end of 2007 early 2008.
